WiseWork AI Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, services, software, messaging programs, and any related offerings provided by WiseWork AI (“WiseWork AI,” “WiseWork,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

WiseWork AI provides business services and software-enabled automation, including (as applicable) appointment scheduling workflows, customer communications, and AI-assisted call and text handling tools.

2) Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. You may not:

  • Use our services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems or security.

  • Send messages or content that violates carrier policies, applicable law, or third-party rights.

  • Use our services to send unsolicited messages or engage in spam-like behavior.

4) Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5) Payments, Fees, and Refunds

If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable. We may update pricing from time to time.

6) Intellectual Property

We (or our licensors) own the services and all related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

7) Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., calendars, CRM systems, telephony providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or changes to their features, pricing, or policies.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WiseWork AI is not a medical provider, law firm, or financial advisor, and our services are not a substitute for professional advice.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISEWORK AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiseWork AI from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law, carrier policy, or a third-party provider. You may stop using the services at any time.

12) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) SMS Messaging Terms (A2P/10DLC Program)

This section applies if you opt in to receive SMS messages from WiseWork AI.

Program Description

WiseWork AI sends transactional SMS messages related to appointments and customer communications, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-ups.

Opt-In (Consent)

You opt in by providing your mobile number through our web forms, booking pages, or other consent collection methods that clearly disclose SMS consent. By opting in, you authorize WiseWork AI to send SMS messages to the number you provide.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction (e.g., appointment scheduling and follow-ups).

Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Sender / Originating Number(s)

Messages will be sent from WiseWork AI phone numbers, including +1 (954) 466-5397. We may use additional numbers for operational purposes.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
